Since first joining the talent center of Philippine broadcasting company ABS-CBN in 1997, Jericho — born Jericho Vibar Rosales on September 22,1979 — has become one of the most successful Filipino artists of his generation.

Appearances on the Filipino drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya first caught the attention of the industry, winning him the Star Award for the Best Single Performance by a Lead Actor from the Philippine Movie Press Club in 1998 and 2000.

Jericho, or simply Echo to his fans, also became a household name through Filipino primetime drama series Pangako Sa 'Yo and Sana'y Wala Nang Wakas. His acting prowess, however, amazed more than just the Filipino audience, as Pangako Sa 'Yo also had successful runs in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Singapore and several African nations, garnering Jericho thousands of fans worldwide and establishing him as an international celebrity.

The big screen was the next stage for him to conquer, as stand-out performances in critically-acclaimed Filipino films Tanging Yaman, Bagong Buwan, Noon at Ngayon, Santa Santita, and Nasaan Ka Man sealed his status as a serious actor. His latest feature films, Baler and Pacquiao: The Movie earned him several Best Actor nods from different award-giving bodies.

With all his success as an actor, Jericho furthered his artistry as a musician. Loose Fit — his self-penned album with former band Jeans was released in the Philippines and in Malaysia in 2007, which was soon followed by his 2-night sold out concert Raw Energy — a collaboration with Philippine music icon Gary Valenciano. In 2008, he released his self-titled debut, Jericho, which included hit singles Paglisan and Beautiful in My Eyes.

An actor, a songwriter, a musician and a singer, Jericho has proven to be the total package of a true artist, limited only by his boundless passion to improve his craft, share his talent, and entertain audiences worldwide.
